This special service package ensures your business’s fireplaces remain safe, efficient, and reliable year-round without the elevated costs associated with single-service visits.

With our service program, you can get your fireplace serviced:

  • Annually
  • Semi-Annually
  • Quarterly
  • As Needed

With flexible, discounted pricing that you can choose from -including net 30 credit terms- we’re sure to have the right fit for your budget.  

Frequency

Most Commercial fireplace customers receive two preventative service visits per year:

One in March / April – post burn season inspection and cleaning, another in August / September – pre burn season preparation.

This ensures fireplaces are cleaned, inspected and ready before peak use, and beautiful when not in use during warm season.

 

Multiple-Fireplace Discount

For customers with more than two fireplaces:

25% discount for each additional fireplace.

Contracted customers receive 72-hour priority service response.

If an issue occurs:

Diagnostic visit scheduled within 72 hours, Parts ordered if required, Repair completed within 72 hours of parts arrival.

Scope of Service

During Servicing, C Bennett Will Perform The Following Work

• Inspect and clean fireplace units, burners, logs, and glass panels • Check and test ignition system, valves, pilot assembly, and safety controls • Inspect venting systems for blockages or damage • Verify gas pressures and appliance operation • Perform minor adjustments to ensure optimal and safe operation • Provide written service report and recommendations after each visit

Additional work such as part replacements, repairs beyond maintenance scope, or non-routine service will be quoted separately and must be approved by the client before proceeding.
